#YouGoodFam?

First-Aid Suicide Intervention Training

When someone you care about is struggling, you shouldn't be left guessing what to do.

#YouGoodFam? was created to teach you how to recognize when a friend might be thinking about suicide, how to respond in the moment, and how to connect them to a trusted adult who can step in.

You’ll learn how to spot the signs when something feels off. Maybe they say something heavy. Maybe they joke about it. Maybe they just go quiet. You’ll practice how to check in without panicking, how to ask directly about suicide, and how to stay present if the answer is yes. We’ll also walk through how to build a Safe-For-Now Plan and how to know when it's time to bring in more support.

This training gives you real tools you can use in real moments. It’s not about trying to fix everything. It’s about knowing how to show up, hold space, and help someone get the care they need without carrying it all by yourself.

#NoApologies

Self-Love and Resilience Workshop

Learning to love yourself in a world that constantly tries to shrink you is real work. #NoApologies is a four-session workshop that gives students space to explore identity, confidence, boundaries, and emotional health in a way that feels honest and grounded.

Each session is hands-on and interactive. You’ll do real activities, have real conversations, and reflect on how you see yourself and how you treat yourself. This is not about surface-level self-care. It’s about showing up fully, knowing your worth, and building the kind of inner strength that lasts.

You’ll also get a workbook to take home with extra activities for personal or family reflection. Whether you work through it alone or with people you trust, it helps you keep the learning going long after the sessions end. This workshop was designed to meet you where you’re at and help you move through the world with more clarity, care, and confidence.
