Adulting IRL is committed to supporting Youth Peer Support Specialists in the State of Oregon by partnering with community organizations that want to provide culturally competent and responsive services for BIPOC and LGBTQ+ Youth Peer Support Specialists.

Upon request, one of Adulting IRL's trained facilitators will meet with an organization to assess the needs of their peer workforce and design a comprehensive program for them.
